Review of all patients whether insulin or non-insulin dependent will be completed on an annual basis. A range of screening will be required at least two weeks prior to your actual appointment. All diabetic patients will also be reviewed by the dietician and diabetic chiropodist. Like the asthma clinic this is a Government Disease Management clinic.
