The practice meets with the CCG Prescribing Advisor on a three monthly basis. This is to ensure that we consider the best prescribing options in line with Government recommendations. Medication reviews, in line with best practice, are carried out by a qualified pharmacist who is based in the practice for half a day per month. If your medication has altered lately please contact  the surgery and you may either be able to speak to the pharmacist or an appointment can be arranged for you to discuss your query in person. Occasionally drugs are withdrawn from the market or improvements in medical practice are made and we try and bring them to all our patients.
